Please note that the Shine LEP public art programme for Blackburn with Darwen Phase 1 & 2 BSF schools has now been completed and so this Blogsite is now closed and longer active as of 1st January 2013. Further to this, Shine LEP no longer exists, and the BSF operational management in the Borough has transferred internally to Blackburn with Darwen Council. 


The programme has however now been replaced by a new Phase 3 & 4 BSF Artist Call being run again by BSF Arts Strategist Ian Banks, but this time for Blackburn with Darwen Council's Arts Development Service.
