Darwen Vale High School Lead Artist Noah Rose has completed his Stage 4 Scheme Design. This is now being used to develop a number of public art strands, and which (amongst many others) include notions of an installed 'museum of memory' within the school entrance areas as well as digitally, and is exploring the idea of interactive lighting that is responsive to energy consumptions within the new school.
