The Shine Call for Artists deadline for Expressions of Interest for Witton Park and East Blackburn Learning Community is now complete, and contract negotiations with the selected collaborative of Lead Artists Andy Siddall and Kathryn Hodgkinson are now at an advanced stage.  Watch this space for a further press releases on developments following their formal appointments.
