As of 19th May 2011, artists Tony Broomhead of Amenity Space (Pleckgate) and Noah Rose (Darwen Vale) both completed and presented their Stage 4 Scheme Design Reviews and as such, works to the next stage is now progressing. Similarly, as of 2nd August 2011, artists Andy Siddall of Civic (Blackburn Central - i.e. previously known as New East Blackburn and/or Blackburn Learning Community) and Kathryn Hodgkinson (Witton Park) have completed their Stage 3 Outline Proposal Design Review, and will now be progressing onto the next Stage 4.
